The dealer distributes one deck card to each player. The player to his right will start the turn and will be able to choose whether to hold his card or swap it for the next player. If the next player has one of the special cards in his hand, he can make one and prevent the exchange. At the end of each turn the cards are discovered and those with the lowest card lose a life.
