We currently offer the following delivery options for getting your order to you. Please be aware that there will be no additional VAT or any duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

STANDARD DELIVERY: ALWAYS FREE

Expected delivery timing are about 7/9 working days. To qualify for free delivery, you do not need to meet any minimum order. All our client's orders are qualified for free delivery. You'll receive an SMS or an email when your order will be collected for the courier. With standard delivery methods it will not be possible to follow the shipment with  a tracking number but you will receive an SMS or email when your parcel is ready to be delivered.


DHL EXPRESS: (PAYMENT SERVICE)

DHL express is a premium service, which aims to ensure the fastest possible delivery of goods to the customer. Customers who opt for express delivery will have their goods delivered in just one/two days.

Free delivery is cheaper than DHL Express and takes only about seven business days, but it does not guarantee such fast delivery.

All orders from AppyToys.com.mt can be delivered to an address located in Malta only. We do not offer international shipping.

Art. 10. Product Delivery

Extract from "General Terms and Conditions of Sale"

10.1 There are no limitations to delivery, except in cases indicated on the Website and/or in the Product Sheet.

10.2 The expenses for delivery of the Products, which may vary according to the delivery procedure chosen by the User, and any other possible cost, will be borne by the User, except where otherwise stated in the Product Sheet or in other parts where this is communicated.

10.3 The Products will be delivered in 3-5 working days for orders over to €79.00, for orders till €78.99 delivery will be in 7-9 working days of receipt of the order and, in any case, within thirty days, effective from the day on which the agreement is entered into.

10.4 The User is asked to verify the conditions of the Product delivered. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss of or damage to the Product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred when the User, or a third party designated by the User and different from the carrier, physically take possession of the Product, the Seller suggests to the User to check the number of Products received and; the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials; also, the Seller suggests to the User to indicate on the carrier's transport document, any anomalies accepting, in the event, the package with reservation. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is advisable to promptly notify it to the Seller. In any case, the right of withdrawal (if any for the Product) and legal guarantee of conformity apply.
