Who we are

APPYTOYS is the online toy retail activity of Theia Moira Ltd, a Malta-based company. We serve customers through www.appytoys.com.mt and support deliveries to the markets currently available at checkout.

What we are building

Our goal is to make toy shopping clearer and more useful. We organise the catalogue by brands, categories, characters and age-related discovery paths, while individual product pages bring together the information customers need to compare options and make a purchase decision.

A broad toy catalogue

APPYTOYS carries toys, games, puzzles, construction sets, dolls, figures, vehicles, creative activities, collectibles and other play-related products from a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers. The live catalogue changes as stock and collections change.

Product information and product FAQs

Product pages are designed to provide more than a title and price. Where available, they include detailed attributes, media, delivery information and up to eight approved product-specific FAQs. The APPYTOYS Help Centre can also retrieve those FAQs when a customer searches for a matching product.

We believe that useful support should be easy to find. The Customer Service area covers contact options, account access, order changes, tracking, shipping, returns, product problems, Gift Cards and the APPYTOYS Help Centre.

Multilingual shopping

The current APPYTOYS storefront supports English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. We continue to improve the consistency of product, policy and help content across these languages.

Our approach to current information

Prices, stock, promotions, delivery services and market availability can change. For that reason, APPYTOYS treats live product pages and the checkout as the current source for purchase-specific information and avoids relying on old cached information.
