How to access your APPYTOYS account

APPYTOYS uses the new customer account experience. You do not need to create or remember a password: access is verified with your email address and a temporary code.

How to sign in

1. Open account.appytoys.com.mt.
2. Enter the email address used for your APPYTOYS orders.
3. Check your inbox for the temporary verification code.
4. Enter the code on the sign-in screen.
5. Your account opens with the orders and profile information linked to that email address.

No password reset is required

The previous APPYTOYS account system used passwords. The current customer account system does not require a traditional password, so there is no “Forgot password?” procedure to complete.

If the code does not arrive

• Check that you entered the same email address used for your order.
• Check spam, junk and filtered folders.
• Wait a short time and request a new code if necessary.
• Do not share a verification code with anyone, including APPYTOYS Customer Care.

If an order is missing

Compare the email address in your order confirmation with the address used to sign in. If they are different or you still cannot find the order, contact APPYTOYS Customer Care and include the order number.
