Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the APPYTOYS Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Standard return

Submit the request through Returns & Exchanges, follow the authorised return instructions and use a tracked courier.

Product condition

Returned goods are reviewed. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product can result in a proportionate deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.
