New World is a supplement manual for the swashbuckling role-playing game 7th Sea. This manual contains new Backgrounds, Advantages, Stories and Sorceries for you to use during the creation and development of your characters. You will also find a detailed description of three new nations of Aztlan: the Nahuacan Alliance, a military alliance between a number of city-states devoted to the same deities, TzakK'an, a group of city-states living in the most hidden corners of the jungle, and Kuraq, a city-state whose Queen is devoted to the deity of death.
7th Sea is one of the most famous swashbuckling role-playing games, set in the fantasy world of Thea and now in its second edition. This setting is largely reminiscent of the atmosphere of 17th century Europe, with duels and single combat, pirate boardings and a mystical touch of witchcraft that is definitely out of the ordinary.
The game engine uses a set of 10 dice, the sum of which is called the 'increment' and which drives a narrative characterised by daring actions and incredible twists.
