ASMODEE 7 Wonders Duel: Agora is the perfect addition to the award-winning strategy game 7 Wonders Duel. In this expansion, players get to explore the halls of the Senate where decisions that shape the destiny of a civilization are made. But beware, conspirators also lurk in the dark corridors of the Senate, working to further their own interests.
The Agora expansion adds a new layer of depth to the game, putting the spotlight on senators and their influence on the development of your cities. Each player will try to control this influence in order to benefit from favorable decrees or call upon conspirators to try and change the situation. With the addition of two new wonders, two new progress tokens, and a new type of instant victory, Agora offers endless strategic possibilities.
One of the most exciting features of Agora is the introduction of the Senator cards. These cards represent senators who can join the cause of the players, but they are of two categories: Politicians and Conspirators. These cards are added to the existing Era cards in the game, but they have a different back.
In addition to the Senator cards, Agora also introduces the Senate board. This board has six chambers that can be controlled to benefit from the corresponding decrees.
Another exciting feature of Agora is the addition of Conspiracy cards. These cards represent the conspiracies that players can prepare and trigger during the game. Each Conspiracy card has a unique name and effect on the front, as well as a Preparation zone on the back.
Agora also adds a new condition for victory: political supremacy. Players can now win the game by achieving political supremacy over their opponent.
