Each player has a house to complete in the course of twelve rounds of card drawing, using various tools, hiring helpers and choosing furniture. Space for improvements! One of the two cards you draw each turn is a Room card, one of the basic elements of your home. Many of these rooms are those that can be found in any home: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. These rooms can often be expanded or furnished to get more points. You can earn more points by creating a functional home, which includes a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom on each floor.

Besides the normal rooms, you can also build the Basement rooms (which will occupy the lower boxes of your home), or the Dependence, which will give you extra points if placed next to the appropriate room. Placing the Basement rooms first is useful because it will allow you to build on the upper boxes before your opponents; you will instead add the Dependence in a later phase of the game, when you know which normal rooms you can connect them to.

Build a life The other card you will draw during each of the twelve game rounds is a Tool card. These cards allow you to improve your home, for example, by adding a roof, a chimney, or a fence. You can also hire helpers to give you extra points, and you can choose furniture to decorate your home and make it even more beautiful.
