Nomads is the second stand-alone game in the Legends of Luma and tells of the adventures on the island. After the ships of Oh Captain! have collected their equipment, they meet the nomads living on the island. At nightfall, the nomads hit their storehouse and the adventurers come to them and tell tales of fire. But thanks to a strange truck, everything is mixed up and the adventurers must try to connect the legends and songs of the islanders correctly. Nomaden is a sophisticated game in which players have to collect different sets of the legends of the nomads by cleverly positioning the various characters. Only those who have collected most of the complete stories.
At dusk, the Nomads set up camp and gather around a campfire to tell stories. The great Shaman has invited you to taste a strange potion that gives you the feeling of being in two different places at the same time. Suddenly, the stories told around the bonfire seem rambling and lacking in logic.
This board game is a family game of storytelling, strategy and interaction. During the course of the game, players must collect different fragments of stories to reconstruct the legends of the ancient Nomads. The fragments can be traded for nursery rhymes or narratives that have a connection to the story pieces that players attempt to barter.
Each legend or nursery rhyme is worth points, while incomplete stories can lose points. The player with the most points at the end of the game is declared the winner.
